Welcome to The Stork Life. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website storklife.org and the tools, content, sessions and purchases offered through it (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1Who we are

The Services are provided by The Stork Life, operated by Dr Satinder Singh Malik ("we", "us", "our"), based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. You can reach us any time using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

2Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a legally binding contract.
• Some features require an account, which you may create directly or through a third-party sign-in (e.g. Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• The information you provide must be accurate and current. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these Terms.

3Our Services & content

The Stork Life offers a mix of the following, some free and some paid:

• Digital tools & reports — including the "Know Thyself" tools and Astrology / Vedic guidance reports, some of which are generated with the help of artificial intelligence.
• Counselling, coaching & sessions — booked and scheduled through our booking pages or partner platforms.
• Guided expeditions & adventures — offered on an enquiry basis, subject to separate booking terms provided at the time.
• Articles, books, poems, papers, music and videos — for reading, listening and reference. Books and publications are generally sold and fulfilled by third-party retailers (such as Amazon).

4Pricing & payments

• Prices are shown on the relevant page and, unless stated otherwise, are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay and, where offered, PayPal). We do not store your full card or banking details; these are handled securely by the payment provider.
• By submitting a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Access to a paid tool or report is granted after the payment is successfully confirmed.
• We may change prices and offerings at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5Digital products & licence

When you buy access to a digital tool, report or piece of content, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or reverse-engineer any paid content without our written permission.

6Bookings for sessions & expeditions

Sessions, counselling and expeditions may be scheduled through our booking pages or trusted partner platforms. Availability, timing and any additional terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds for these are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including text, books, articles, artwork, logos, audio, video, software and the "The Stork Life" name — is owned by or licensed to Dr Satinder Singh Malik and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public content, but you may not copy, reproduce or exploit it commercially without our permission.

8Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the site, uploading harmful code, scraping content, or using the Services for anything unlawful, abusive or infringing.

9Third-party links & services

The Services may link to third-party websites and platforms (for example retailers, booking tools and payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the guidance or content provided. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
