Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Stork Life primarily offers digital products and services. This policy explains how and when you receive what you buy.

1Digital tools & reports

Access to paid digital items — such as astrology reports and the "Know Thyself" / Prime tools — is granted immediately after your payment is successfully confirmed. Your report or tool becomes available on the website (and, where relevant, in your account) right away. If you do not receive access within a few minutes of a successful payment, please contact us and we will deliver it or resolve the issue.

2Sessions, counselling & expeditions

Counselling, coaching and expeditions are delivered as booked appointments or arranged experiences, not as shipped items. After booking, you will receive confirmation of the date, time and joining details by email or WhatsApp. Timing is agreed with you at the time of booking.

3Books & physical publications

Printed books and publications are sold and shipped by third-party retailers (such as Amazon and other stores linked from our site). Delivery timelines, shipping charges and tracking for those orders are handled by, and governed by the policies of, the retailer you purchase from — not by The Stork Life.

4Availability

Because our paid offerings are digital, they are available to customers worldwide, wherever supported by our payment providers. Reports are delivered in digital format only.

5Delivery problems

If you experience any problem receiving a digital purchase, email us at stork@storklife.org with your order/payment reference and we will help promptly. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
